This report includes modelling to illustrate the cumulative impact of working at scale to improve homes, employment rates and early years on reductions in inequalities in healthy life expectancy.

It also highlights key themes to prioritise,  which could be used to galvanise support across the county, drawn from the previous three reports delivered by the IHE.
